CL Series Pumps – Laboratory
Designed for a wide range of applications that demand accuracy. Our dual piston high pressure supercritical CO2 pumps are compact, versatile and efficient. Developed for research and development environments we offer a wide range of flow rates from 5 to 250 g/min with discharge pressures of up to 690 bar.
Integrated with a user friendly touch screen HMI running our propriety SFX software, our laboratory pumps allow you to choose from a variety of control modes including computed flow, pressure mode and a flow mode using an optional flow meter.

Dual Piston Design

Easy Maintainence

Low friction Ceramic Pistons
Our Laboratory pumps are designed with research in mind. A high tech and robust design with a host of upgradable options all packed into a compact shell. As with of industrial pumps we have taken what makes these pumps reliable and robust and built them into our Laboratory pumps. As with our industrial pumps we utilise.
- Ceramic piston design to reduce friction while in operation.
- Reduced friction results in less seal wear and lower maintenance.
- Dual stainless-steel heads with a cam driven ceramic piston assembly to eliminate pulsed flow
- Each head has two cavities machined through each pump head assembly for our unique copper coolant cartridge. This design means you no-longer have to disconnect the coolant fluid from the pump in-order to service the pistons allowing for a quicker, cleaner maintenance of the pump ensure its running problem free for longer.
The pumps are capable of control based on feedback from the pressure sensor or flow meter and can be controlled using a touch screen display or via a PC through an ethernet connection.
Applications:
Extraction
Particle Size Reduction
Cleaning
Extrusion

Standalone or Turnkey Solutions
Offering our customers flexibility is at the Core of our business. We therefore offer our industrial pumps as a standalone pump with a motor and gear box, without and without a control system. If you want to take advantage of our turnkey solutions take a look at our control systems running our propriety SFE software.
Don’t forget if you want you get the best out of the CO2 pumps then you need to condense the CO2 pre-chilling the liquid CO2 through a heat exchanger. If your looking advice on appropriate liquid re-circulating chillers take al look at one of our Partners, Huber.
