Core-Lab Research Systems
Here at Core Separations we understand supercritical fluids, whether that be extraction or particle engineering. This allows us to routinely customise and deliver systems for processing a variety of products such as botanicals, natural products, polymers and other fine chemicals.
Manufactured to a high standard, we offer lab-scale extraction systems from a 100 mL to 10 L.
As we know scaling up your research is a gradual process, we offer multiple vessel designs with our systems giving you the greatest flexibility in your research.



Providing systems all over thew world we understand that each region has different safety standards. We always build our systems to the highest standard we can therefore provide systems with ASME, PED and CRN certifications.

With safety being our highest priority we professional hard pipe all our systems using solid stainless-steel tube. Only using flexible hoses when necessary. This reduces the risk of flexible pipes breaking away, where that be from mechanical failure or operator mis-use damaging the equipment or causing harm.
It also allows us to offer much higher-pressure systems giving access to higher CO2 densities than can be accessed on low pressure systems commonly found on the market.




With process control being at the heart of any extraction we offer our propriety control system, to accurately control the temperature and pressure within our extraction system. Using a pneumatic controlled back pressure regulator with we can control our extraction pressure to +/- 1 bar, giving rise to precise control during the extraction process.




With modularity at the heart of our design, we offer skids that can be upgraded easily. Each system comes pre-cut to allow the addition of 3 separators for fractionation at any point within the life cycle of the product.
