CU Series Pumps – Ultra

Our ultra-high-pressure piston pumps have been designed to operate in the toughest environments.  Robust, quiet, efficient, Cores CU series Pumps are designed for various applications and industries.  Capable of CO2 discharge pressures of up to 1000 bar it allows users to access ultra-high pressure Supercritical fluid applications that require high pressure and high flow (250g/min).

Either used as a standalone pump with our propriety SFX software or integrated into a system, our CU series pumps now gives users access to ultra-high pressures at flow rates greater than most pumps currently on the market.

Low friction Ceramic Pistons

Core Separations Ultra High-Pressure Pumps are ideal for supercritical fluids for laboratory and industrial environments. These high-performance pumps feature; dual stainless-steel heads with a cam-driven ceramic piston assembly. Each head has two cavities machined for our unique copper coolant cartridge. This design means you no-longer must disconnect the coolant fluid from the pump in-order to service the pistons allowing for quicker, cleaner maintenance of the pump to ensure it’s running problem-free for longer.
