At Core Separations we believe its important to be vertically integrated, allowing us to control the quality of the products we bring to market.  It gives us the flexibility to offer a large array of components, not only suitable for use in our standard SFE systems, but as a standalone component.  This allows our customers to upgrade their systems, whether this be an addition of a new extraction vessel or as an improvement, increased flow rate with a larger pump.  We have something to suit almost every eventuality.

We have even gone a step further offering standalone high-pressure pumps integrated with our SFX software, whether that be our laboratory pump range with built in controller, or our industrial pumps with our remote PLC panels.

Our modular approach is aimed to help researchers push the boundaries or their work without the constraints offered by standard SFE products.

Optional Baskets

Core Separations offer an array of High-Pressure Vessels which are ideal for supercritical fluids for laboratory and industrial environments. These high performance vessels feature:

1. External Threaded design.  Avoiding cross contamination in  research  is important.  We have designed our High pressure CO2 vessels with external threads to make cleaning easy.

2. High Pressure Sprung seal.  Utilising a high pressure sprung seal commonly found in industry we avoid the requirement for a bolted enclosure.  Making assembly and disassembly much easier.

3. Tool-less Operation.  Using a threaded design and energised sprung seal, assembly and disassembly of the vessel between operation is tool-less.

4. Optional Baskets.  All our vessels can be supplied with baskets to allow ease of loading and unloading, while avoiding unnecessary cleaning of the vessels between runs.
