High Pressure Components

At Core Separations we believe its important to be vertically integrated, allowing us to control the quality of the products we bring to market.  It gives us the flexibility to offer a large array of components, not only suitable for use in our standard SFE systems, but as a standalone component.  This allows our customers to upgrade their systems, whether this be an addition of a new extraction vessel or as an improvement, increased flow rate with a larger pump.  We have something to suit almost every eventuality.

High Pressure Components Core Separations

We offer pressure vessels at a wide array of volumes, that can withstand pressures exceeding 1000 bar.  Our vessels support several applications ranging from extraction, RESS (rapid expansion of supercritical solutions) and SAS (supercritical anti-solvent).  Our vessels can be provided as standalone research vessels or as upgrades to an SFE system.

We understand that the CO2 pump is at the heart of any supercritical extraction. That’s why we design and build our own to ensure that they not only fit the application, but they are reliable and built to a high quality, whether that be integrated in one of our systems, as an upgrade, or as a standalone pump.
