Core P251k

Designed to deliver liquids including CO2 into extremely high pressure enviroments upto 1000 bar. Built from the ground up the P251K can deliver 250g/min at 1000 bar utilising a highly efficient Core Separations designed check valve.

The P251K is a compact, ultra-high-pressure industrial pump built on the same proven chassis as the P500 and P1K, designed to deliver reliable performance in the most demanding fluid applications. Capable of delivering up to 250 g/min of liquid CO₂, solvents, or water at pressures up to 1100 bar, the P251K is ideally suited for supercritical processing, dense-phase fluid delivery, materials testing, and other high-pressure research or production environments.
Driven by a rugged AC motor and gearbox system, the P251K supports two operational modes: flow mode, offering steady, high-precision fluid delivery; and pressure mode, which maintains a set pressure during discharge through a fixed nozzle or orifice. As with other models in the platform, pressure mode is restricted to dynamic flow systems, as the industrial drive does not support closed-loop zero-flow control.

With its elevated pressure capability and proven mechanical platform, the P251K brings robust, high-pressure performance to laboratory and pilot-scale operations. Backed by over 30 years of Core Separations’ expertise in CO₂ and high-pressure fluid handling, the P251K is the solution of choice for ultra-high-pressure supercritical and process development applications.
