Core P500

Pilot scale manufacturing needs a pump with a robust design with capable of delivering high flow rates. The P500 can deliver 500g/min at 689 bar and can be integrated into a new system or as an upgade to a current SFE system. Suitable for reactors upto 10L.

The P500 is an industrial-grade high-pressure pump designed for robust, continuous operation in demanding environments. Capable of delivering up to 500 g/min of liquid CO₂, organic solvents, or water at pressures up to 689 bar, it is ideally suited for applications such as supercritical fluid generation, extraction, high-pressure cleaning, and advanced materials testing in industrial R&D and production settings.

Driven by a durable AC motor and gearbox assembly, the P500 is built for reliability and extended service life. It offers two modes of operation: flow mode, for consistent, high-throughput delivery; and pressure mode, which maintains a fixed pressure when discharging through a nozzle or restriction. Due to the industrial motor configuration, pressure control is limited to dynamic flow systems and is not intended for static or fully closed environments.
Built on Core Separations’ proven dual-piston platform and supported by over 30 years of expertise in high-pressure fluid delivery, the P500 delivers precise, scalable performance—making it an ideal pump for the generation and handling of supercritical fluids across a broad range of industrial applications.
