SFXIP25-1640
The SFXIP25 1640 is Core Separations’ highest-pressure pump, delivering up to 2.5 kg/min at pressures up to 1640 bar. Built on the same chassis as the SFXIP10 410 series, it is ideal for advanced supercritical applications and ultra-high-pressure pilot and production-scale processes using liquid CO₂, water, or organic solvents.
The SFXIP25 1640 is the highest-pressure model in Core Separations’ industrial pump series, built on the same robust chassis as the SFXIP10 410, SFXIP1 590, and SFXIP45 920. Designed for the most extreme pressure requirements, it delivers up to 2.5 kg/min of liquid CO₂, water, or organic solvents at pressures up to 1640 bar, making it ideally suited for advanced supercritical fluid applications and ultra-high-pressure pilot and production-scale processes.
Equipped with a precision-engineered triplex pump head and driven by a heavy-duty AC motor and gearbox, the SFXIP25 1640 ensures smooth, low-pulsation delivery under continuous operation. It supports both flow and pressure operating modes, allowing flexible integration into complex high-pressure systems.
In flow mode, the pump can run in computed mode based on internal calibration or be paired with a flow meter for real-time closed-loop control. In pressure mode, it maintains a target pressure when discharging through a fixed nozzle or restriction—ideal for dynamic systems requiring steady, ultra-high-pressure delivery.
With decades of experience in high-pressure CO₂ technology, Core Separations offers the SFXIP25 1640 as a powerful solution for the most demanding industrial and supercritical fluid processing environments.
