SFXIP45-920
The SFXIP45 920 delivers up to 4.5 kg/min at pressures up to 920 bar, making it ideal for advanced supercritical applications requiring extremely high-pressure treatment. Built on the same chassis as the SFXIP10 410 and SFXIP1 590, it offers reliable performance for both pilot and production-scale processes using liquid CO₂, water, or solvents.
The SFXIP45 920 is a high-pressure industrial pump built on the same robust chassis as the SFXIP10 410 and SFXIP1 590, designed for applications that demand both elevated pressure and dependable performance. Capable of delivering up to 4.5 kg/min of liquid CO₂, water, or organic solvents at pressures up to 920 bar, the SFXIP45 920 is ideal for advanced supercritical processes requiring extremely high-pressure treatment, and for both pilot and production-scale processes.
Equipped with a triplex pump head and a heavy-duty AC motor with gearbox drive, the SFXIP45 920 ensures smooth, low-pulsation flow suitable for continuous, high-demand operations. It supports both flow and pressure modes, offering flexible control for a wide range of process conditions.
In flow mode, the pump can operate using a computed mode based on internal calibration data, or with a flow meter for real-time closed-loop control. In pressure mode, it maintains a target pressure while discharging through a fixed nozzle or restriction—ideal for dynamic systems where stable high-pressure delivery is essential.
With over 30 years of experience in high-pressure CO₂ technology, Core Separations delivers reliable, high-performance fluid handling with the SFXIP45 920 — a powerful and scalable solution for demanding industrial and supercritical fluid applications.
