Supercritical Pressure Vessel – EV100
The EV100, the smallest vessel in Core Separations’ EV Series, features a 100 mL volume capacity ideal for research-scale processing and method development. Designed as a high-pressure, high-performance extraction and reaction vessel, it is perfectly suited for R&D, sample preparation, and process optimisation across a wide range of applications.
Featuring an innovative threaded cap and energised sprung seal, the vessels enable safe, tool-free opening and closing, making them ideal for rapid testing and method development.
Constructed from high-strength 17-4PH stainless steel—approximately 60% stronger than 300 series stainless steels—the EV Series offers reduced weight and thinner walls, improving thermal conductivity and heat transfer efficiency.
With scalable internal geometry, these vessels support direct process scale-up, making them a versatile platform from lab-scale trials to pilot-scale production.
