SFX software logs all data in real-time, whether that be pressure, temperature, or flow. The data can be viewed in real-time or downloaded as CSV files to give the user flexibility when analysing the data.
The data is organized into time-stamped data or batch records. The system is constantly recording data in the background and can be interrogated at any point. It can also be tagged as a batch when using the recipe function, making the data collection easy during production runs.
The recipe menu is ideal for saving commonly used processing conditions. It allows you to set a variety of conditions from flow rates, temperatures, and pressures. Each section of the recipe can have a defined time limit which once reached moves to the next stage.
Each recipe can be saved into a library for quick recall allowing the automation of multi-stage and multi-material processing easy and efficient.

Event and Alarm Logging
Data collection is one of the most important aspects of our software. Not only do we collect the standard parameters such as flow but we also record all the alarms and user events.
By recording all this data we can diagnose the system either on-site or remotely to find and resolve any issues the user may be having.
Adjustable PID outputs
Within the settings menu, the user has access to a host of PID setting to help tune the system depending on the level of control that is required. These settings range from heater control when using electric jackets to the pressure control on the automatic back pressure regulator.
The system also allows the user to enter the density of the fluids they are pumping. This is especially important if a flow meter is not installed on the system.
SFX software has three user levels as standard:
Administrator - This level of access allows the user to access and manipulate all aspects of the software.
Operator - As an operator, you have the ability to load and run recipes, start-stop the system and download data. This user cna not alter PID settings.
Remote - Remote access only allows the user to view what is happening within the system. Manipulation of the setpoints or starting, stopping the system is not possible when logged in as this type of user.
