SFXIPI-590

The SFXIP1 590 is a high-performance industrial pump delivering up to 7.5 kg/min at pressures up to 590 bar. Built on the same chassis as the SFXIP10 410, it offers increased pressure capability for demanding applications involving liquid CO₂, water, or organic solvents.

The SFXIP1 590 is a high-performance industrial pump built on the same proven chassis as the SFXIP10 410, engineered for applications requiring increased pressure capability. Designed to deliver up to 7.5 kg/min of liquid CO₂, water, or organic solvents at pressures up to 590 bar, the SFXIP1 590 combines throughput with elevated pressure performance for demanding process environments.

Featuring a triplex pump head and a robust AC motor with gearbox drive, the SFXIP1 590 provides smooth, low pulsation flow ideal for continuous operation. It is well suited to industrial scale supercritical extraction, advanced materials processing, chemical synthesis, and other high pressure fluid applications where both reliability and consistency are critical.

The pump supports both flow and pressure operating modes. In flow mode, it can operate in computed mode using internal calibration data or be integrated with a flow meter for real time closed loop control. In pressure mode, it maintains a target pressure during discharge through a fixed nozzle or restriction, ideal for dynamic flow conditions.

Backed by Core Separations’ 30 years of expertise in high pressure CO₂ systems, the SFXIP1 590 offers powerful, scalable fluid handling for industrial applications requiring both elevated flow and pressure.
