Core | CO2 Pumps
Built on the proven P200 platform, this high-capacity CO₂ delivery pump is engineered to support flow rates of up to 300 g/min, making it ideally suited for larger-scale laboratory research, pilot studies, and process development. Designed for precise delivery of liquid CO₂ and compatible fluids, it excels across a wide range of applications—from natural product extraction and supercritical fractionation to corrosion testing and material science investigations.
Retaining the compact footprint and reliability of the original chassis, the system offers dual operation modes: flow mode, powered by a high-precision servo motor and configurable with a flow meter for accurate dosing; and pressure mode, which actively regulates flow to achieve or maintain a target pressure in closed systems or through fixed nozzles.
With its enhanced flow capacity, field-proven dual-piston design, and over 30 years of Core Separations’ experience in high-pressure CO₂ technology, this pump delivers scalable performance while maintaining precision, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
