Core SFXIP10-410
The SFXIP10 410 is a high-performance industrial pump for large-scale fluid delivery, capable of handling up to 10 kg/min of liquid CO₂, water, or organic solvents at pressures up to 410 bar. Featuring a new chassis, triplex pump head, and AC motor with gearbox, it delivers smooth, low-pulsation flow ideal for continuous supercritical and high-pressure processes.
The SFXIP10 410 is a high-performance industrial pump designed for large scale fluid delivery in continuous production environments. Featuring a completely new chassis design, the SFXIP10 410 combines a triplex pump head with a robust AC motor and gearbox drive to deliver up to 10 kg/min of liquid CO₂, water, or organic solvents at pressures up to 410 bar, ensuring exceptional reliability and flow stability.
Engineered for demanding applications such as industrial scale supercritical extraction, polymer processing, and chemical synthesis, the SFXIP10 410 is built for long term, low maintenance operation. Its triplex configuration provides smooth, low pulsation flow, making it ideal for continuous processes requiring stable and consistent high pressure fluid delivery.
The pump supports both flow and pressure operating modes. In flow mode, it can run in a computed mode based on internal calibration, or with a flow meter for real time closed loop control. In pressure mode, the pump maintains a target pressure while discharging through a fixed nozzle or restriction, making it ideal for dynamic conditions where consistent pressure is essential.
Backed by over 30 years of Core Separations’ expertise in high pressure CO₂ systems, the SFXIP10 410 delivers scalable, accurate, and robust performance for high throughput supercritical and high pressure fluid applications.
